Turned, upper part cylindrical, lower part with round taper to end. Slot 2 3/4" deep for wheel 7/16" thick x 1 3/4" diameter, rotating on wooden peg. Hole in center of top for suspension cord.

Beaded edges. Intact cap with beaded edges. One lock piece thick ended, the other thin with peg hole.
