Description

ATHM files: 18th century American, probably Pennsylvania German in origin, 40" 4 harness loom. The cantilevered side plates with ornamental ends, the pivot seat on sloping brackets (replacements) and the carving in the ends of the breast beam all bespeak an origin outside of New England. Two of the four treadles are missing.
